INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION
Academic exchange with Hokkaido University, Japan:
The year 2018 was a milestone year in the history of Sapporo Dental College and Hospital. In this year several agreements and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) had been signed between various renowned National and International Organization.
In 27th February, 2018, an academic exchange was signed between Sapporo Dental College and Hospital, under the University of Dhaka and Faculty of Dental Medicine and Graduate School of Dental Medicine, Hokkaido University, Japan.
According to this agreement, both the institution agreed to exchange teaching and research stuff; exchange of graduate students and Post Doc’s, exchange of academic materials and promotion of join research projects, conferences, seminars and symposiums.
Academic exchange with Chonnam National University, South Korea:
In October 5, 2018, an academic exchange agreement was signed by Principal of Sapporo Dental College & Hospital and Dean, School of Chonnam National University, South Korea.
According to this agreement, both the institution agreed to exchange teaching and research stuff; exchange of graduate students and Post Doc’s, exchange of academic materials and promotion of join research projects, conferences, seminars and symposiums.
Maldives recognizes Sapporo:
In 2018, Sapporo Dental College (SDC) stepped into a new era. In this year SDC become recognized for the first time by a registration council of a foreign country.
In 30th September, 2018, Maldives Medical and Dental Council accredited the BDS course conducted by Sapporo Dental College and Hospital (SDCH). According to this accreditation, from 25th September, 2018, Sapporo Dental College & Hospital was added in the recognized list of Medical Institutes by Maldives.
