Eligibility Criteria (Domestic Students)
Undergraduate BDS
Academic Year: Must have passed SSC in 2022/2023 and HSC in 2024/2025.
Minimum GPA: Combined GPA of at least 9.00 (total) from SSC and HSC.
Biology Requirement: Minimum GPA of 3.50 in Biology at the HSC level.
The Admission Test: Applicants must have appeared in the National BDS Admission Test 2025-2026 and achieved the qualifying score (typically 40+).
International Student
GPA for Foreigners: Aggregate GPA of 7.00 (O & A Level equivalent) with a minimum of 3.50 in Biology.
Equivalency: An “Equivalency Certificate” from DGME is mandatory.
Deadline: DGME online portal deadline (usually Jan 15, 2026).
